We are a physician-led hospitalist group offering two distinct staffing models—Permanent Staffing and Locum Tenens—designed to meet the unique needs of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs).

Our Permanent Staffing Model provides healthcare organizations with a dedicated team of hospitalists who commit to a single facility or region for the long term. This model blends the flexibility of locum coverage with the consistency of an in-house team. Our physicians develop lasting relationships with your staff, understand local workflows and patient populations, and help stabilize programs while reducing turnover and overall costs. Whether serving a hospital, SNF, or LTACH, our goal is to bring reliability and continuity of care to every patient encounter.

Our Locum Tenens Model delivers traditional short-term and interim coverage for facilities that need immediate staffing support. We provide experienced physicians who can integrate quickly and maintain high standards of care during transitions, seasonal surges, or temporary vacancies.
